- Our sample packs are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user basis. This means that only the original purchaser is authorized to use the samples in their musical works.
- The samples are royalty-free for use in commercial music production, including beat making, songwriting, and music for media — as long as they are part of an original composition.
- Resale, redistribution, or transfer of the raw samples — either on their own or as part of a track — is strictly prohibited.
⚠ For Labels, Sync Libraries & Third Parties:
If you are acquiring a music track that contains our samples (e.g., through a buyout, exclusive license, or sync deal), please be aware:
- You do not automatically inherit the license rights to the samples.
- You must ensure that the sample usage aligns with your intended use and obtain a separate license if necessary.

1. License Grant
BHK Samples grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, and single-user license to use the audio samples (“Samples”) included in our products for creating original musical compositions and audio projects.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the Samples in original music compositions for personal or commercial use.
- Release music that incorporates the Samples via streaming services, physical formats, or digital downloads.
- Use the Samples in video games, films, ads, and media, provided they are embedded within original works and not available in isolated form.
- Deliver compositions containing the Samples to clients (e.g., for film or ad scoring), as long as the Samples cannot be extracted or reused on their own.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Samples in raw, isolated, or unmodified form.
- Use the Samples to create your own sample packs, drum kits, loop libraries, or VSTs.
- Include the Samples in stock music templates, sample-based software, or sound design tools for others.
- Use the Samples to train machine learning or AI models.
- Grant third parties access to the Samples or include them in tracks sold with full rights or buyouts, without proper clearance.
4. Single-User Policy
This license is valid for one (1) individual user only. If your project involves multiple producers, team members, or collaborators, each individual must obtain their own license unless a multi-user agreement has been granted.
5. Ownership
All Samples remain the intellectual property of BHK Samples. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership — it only grants usage rights under the terms stated herein.
6. Liability
BHK Samples is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our Samples. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and with the licensing requirements of third parties (e.g., when submitting to labels or libraries).
7. Accuracy of Licensee Information
To maintain legal clarity, accurate personal and/or business information must be provided at the time of purchase. The license is tied to the name and email address used during checkout. Providing false or misleading information may result in the revocation of your license and legal action if misuse is identified.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. If you breach any of its terms, your license is immediately revoked.
