ROUGH CONNECTIONS FUTURA – THE NEXT GENERATION

With this release, we present the next chapter in our Drum’n’Bass Rough Connections series. Just as the name suggests, we’re taking you straight into the future with an entirely new generation of those unmistakable Rough Connections sounds.

To put it simply: We’ve had a custom synthesizer specially developed, featuring a purpose-built signal chain based on the characteristic processing techniques we used back in the early 2000s to create the legendary Rough Connections sound library.

Our goal was to craft entirely new sonic worlds and textures that meet the demands of modern Drum’n’Bass production while preserving the unmistakable DNA of the original Rough Connections sound.

Get ready for an ultra-fresh arsenal of sounds for your DAW and samplers, packed with pure energy and built for hard-hitting productions. Whether you’re producing Neurofunk, Techstep, Rollers or Jump Up, this collection delivers all the ingredients you need to take your tracks to the next level.

Inside, you’ll find an extensive selection of heavyweight Reese basses, driving basslines and aggressive bass FX, atmospheric soundscapes that transport you to other dimensions, and a versatile range of FX sounds. From shimmering textures to dark, horror-inspired pads, it’s all in there. On top of that, you’ll get plenty of techy stabs, razor-sharp synth loops and character-packed synth sounds to give your productions that extra bite.

The collection is rounded off with punchy Nu-Skool drum loops and sampler presets, allowing you to jump straight into sound design and start sketching out your next tracks.

Get ready for the next evolution of Rough Connections sounds. This collection is guaranteed to shake up your speakers, making sure your neighbours don’t just hear the bass, but feel it deep in their bones.
